Forrest Yoga
Uses heat, vigorous workouts and deep breathing to sweat out
toxins. This class gets you strong and centered by connecting
you to your core. The long holds in the pose sequences help you
flush, oxygenate and rejuvenate every cell. Forrest Yoga does
not require strength or flexibility; it only requires that you
bring a willingness to learn how to feel authentically and
respond honestly. As you advance you learn how to intelligently
ride your breath into the thrilling advanced poses. This is an
intense, mindful yoga that helps build flexibility, intelligence
and strength allowing students to deepen their relationship with
their authentic self. Please bring 2 mats and a towel to class.
Gentle/Restorative Yoga
Gentle/Restorative Yoga involves the combination of physical postures,
breathing and deep relaxation. Restorative postures can be very useful
for people who feel weak, fatigued or highly stressed. Restorative yoga
is gentle enough that it can be practiced when a person is ill or
recovering from surgery. By using props (bolsters, blankets, straps, and
eye pillows) students can ease themselves into postures that gently
stretch the body and allow it to relax.
Hot Yoga
Be prepared to work hard and sweat! The room will be heated to
keep your muscles and joints warm for optimal stretching and to help get
rid of toxins in the body. This class will include standing postures,
balancing postures, and floor postures to stretch and strengthen every
part of your body and mind. No experience necessary! It’s not about
doing, it’s about trying—you try 100% and you get 100% benefit. Bring a
mat, towel, and plenty of water.
Kids Yoga

and visualization techniques to promote focus and self-control.
Pilates
Each class starts with warm ups which include the 5 basic
principles: breath, pelvic placement, ribcage placement,
shoulder blade movement and stabilization of the head and
cervical placement. These classes develop your core strength and
stability.
Vinyasa Flow
Students flow from one posture to another, synchronizing breath
and movement. The class is set to music and designed to
challenge, energize and engage the student. This builds heat,
endurance, flexibility, strength and concentration. Sequencing
is often built around sun salutations; each student is guided
through a complete exploration of movement and philosophy. Focus
is on the fundamentals of postures, pranayama and meditation.
All levels welcomed.

Qi Gong
Qigong is an integration of physical postures, breathing
techniques, and focused intentions. The word Qigong (Chi Kung)
is made up of two Chinese words. Qi is pronounced chee and is
usually translated to mean the life force or vital-energy that
flows through all things in the universe. The second word, Gong,
pronounced gung, means accomplishment, or skill that is
cultivated through steady practice. Together, Qigong (Chi Kung)
means cultivating energy, it is a system practiced for health
maintenance, healing and increasing vitality.
